Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Demonstrated, strong work ethic
  • Proven leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative, tech savvy and results-oriented
  • Ability to handle complex projects with a sense of urgency and adapt to change
  • Detail-oriented, organized; analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Scheduled to graduate in June
