What it takes

  • Demonstrated, strong work ethic
  • Proven leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement
  • Current enrollment in a four-year or MBA program
  • Classified as a junior or senior
  • Enrollment in one of the following undergraduate majors: Finance, Accounting or Business
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Scheduled to graduate in December or June
